Pet Rules
-
Only two (2) common
household pet weighing less than (20) twenty pounds
each, such as a dog or a cat, are permitted. No
animals may be kept, bred or maintained for any purpose.
Any exception to this rule must be submitted to the
Board of Directors Approval. t>

Displays of violence or
aggressive behavior by any pet should be immediate
reported to Animal Control, and the pet owner shall be
subject to fines starting at $100.00 per occurrence, up
to and including request for removal of the animal from
the community at owner’s expense.

Pets Must be kept within
an enclosure or on a leash or other restraint being
controlled by a person capable of controlling such an
animal at all times

Pets are not allowed to be
left unattended in any common area. Pets shall be kept
within a unit, except when under a leash.

Pets are not permitted to
cause or create a nuisance or unreasonable disturbance
to other neighbors.

Excessive barking,
whining, etc. should be reported to Animal Control at
the time the infraction occurs.

Pet owners are responsible
for immediate removal of nay waste from their pet on
common areas. Failure to do so will result in a minimum
$100.00 fine for each offense.

No dog or other animal is
allowed inside the pool, the pool area or the Clubhouse
at any time.

All animals must have a
current license and name tag, and must be registered
with the Management Company. The Homeowner or Renter
shall provide the animal’s description, size, color, and
picture. A $10.00 registration fee is charged to each
resident owning a pet. Residents should report any
loose, unattended animal or animals without a license,
name tag or registration to the Clark County Animal
Control Division (455-7710)
